About Me
I am a dancer, teacher, and choreographer whose creative life has slowly expanded into bread baking and cooking. What began in the studio—working through repetition, precision, and curiosity—found a natural home in the kitchen, where patience and intuition guide each step. Both dance and baking ask for presence: a willingness to listen, adjust, and trust the process.
I share my work through social media as a way of documenting that process as it unfolds. From rehearsals and class creation to kneading dough and developing recipes, my content offers an honest look at the quiet, everyday work behind making. Whether it’s movement or food, each creation feels like a small performance—shaped by care, practice, and time.
My work lives in the space between motion and stillness, creation and reflection, always rooted in the joy of learning, making, and sharing along the way.
